TOV Restoration Company is a full-service property restoration company based in Everett, Washington. While they have been in the business for more than ten years, they found that their overall online presence was not keeping up with their growth.
- Branding - We crafted a quality brand identity that defines TOV Restoration's values, attracts the right audience, and drives future sales.
- Website - We built a customized company website using Webflow and regularly wrote and published helpful information for website visitors.
- Social Media - We built their social media pages from the ground up to showcase their restoration projects and expert restoration advice to the community.
Execution
Our main goal for this partnership was to establish an online presence for TOV Restoration and manage their online platforms. We base our strategy on developing a practical marketing approach to communicate their brand's key messages, values, and premium property restoration services.
The first phase of the partnership involves developing a brand identity that brings the best out of its employees to bring out the best in their customers. We designed everything from logo and color palette to social media templates based on brainstorming sessions with the client.
Next is managing their newly created social media pages and developing a website reflecting their brand identity and values. They started with zero social media pages and a basic web page. We helped them boost their online presence by curating informational and educational property restoration content to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
